As a highly experienced Front End Engineering Lead, your role will involve architecting scalable and high-performance front-end solutions for enterprise-grade applications. Your responsibilities include leading development teams and providing technical direction across Angular, React, and hybrid technology stacks. You will collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and back-end engineers to translate business requirements into robust front-end features. It is essential to ensure adherence to accessibility standards (WCAG 2.x), performance best practices, and mobile-first design principles. You will oversee integration with RESTful APIs and back-end microservices, review code, enforce standards through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and best DevOps practices, guide and mentor junior engineers, and participate in architectural decisions and technology evaluations for front-end technology. Working closely with DevOps teams to optimize deployment and delivery workflows using cloud platforms like Azure will also be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - 9-12 years of experience in front-end development with a strong leadership background. - Hands-on expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS. - Advanced proficiency in Angular and React, including state management libraries like NgRx or Redux. - Deep understanding of Reactive Programming using RxJS. - Experience building mobile-first Progressive Web Apps (PWA) with accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.x). - Strong knowledge of API integration, microservices, and cloud platforms (preferably Azure). - Familiarity with software architecture patterns (MVC, MVP) and serverless approaches. - Proficient with Git, CI/CD practices, and modern DevOps pipelines. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
