Frontend Developer (React Js)

As a Frontend Developer (React.js Specialist) with 2+ years of experience, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining modern UI components using React.js. You will collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to transform Figma/design mockups into responsive web pages. Ensuring code quality, performance, and cross-browser compatibility will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will work on optimizing applications for speed and scalability, integrating RESTful APIs, and contributing to code reviews and best practices. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in React.js development with proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Knowledge of React Hooks, React Router, and component libraries like Material-UI or Ant Design is essential. Experience with Redux or similar state management libraries, Git, and frontend build tools like Webpack or Vite is also required. An understanding of responsive design, browser compatibility, and performance optimization will be beneficial. Bonus skills that are nice to have include experience with TypeScript, exposure to Next.js, knowledge of unit testing tools like Jest or React Testing Library, and an understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG). This is a full-time position located in Pune, Maharashtra, with fixed shift schedules and in-person work requirements.
