Frontend Developer (React Js)

Role Overview: As a Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end features with a focus on performance, UX, and scalability. You will own state management and data flow across complex frontend systems and build intuitive, user-centric interfaces based on real-world feedback. Your role will involve translating product vision into modular, reusable, and testable components. Collaborating with design, product, and backend teams for holistic solutions, optimizing frontend architecture, and continuously improving code quality will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be expected to debug edge cases, proactively improve reliability, drive sprints from planning to delivery, and contribute to frontend best practices, tooling, and architecture decisions. Mentoring peers and guiding interns to build a strong engineering culture will also be a part of your role.
