Frontend Developer

The front-end developer will collaborate with the App team to rebuild existing web pages within the App, customizing them for optimal functionality. You will assist the Web team in addressing SEO requirements and content enhancements. Utilize your hands-on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) expertise for solution design, coding, and technical implementations. Your role will involve suggesting design and architecture solutions, participating in coding activities, creating unit tests, and providing code reviews. Maintain alignment with existing architecture while contributing new insights and innovative ideas. Propose enhancements to the Site release strategy and effectively translate business needs into scalable solutions. Foster collaboration with external teams to determine the most effective implementation approach. Integrate 3rd party cartridges into both new and existing sites. Your responsibilities will also include possessing a solid understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C (Demandware) and proficient frontend skills in technologies such as ReactJS, Typescript, CSS, and JavaScript. Develop an understanding of how to leverage these technologies within the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform. Familiarize yourself with OCAPI, REST, AJAX, JSON, and session bridging. Demonstrate the ability to transform abstract concepts into functional software solutions. Operate comfortably with minimal guidance within a self-organizing, Agile team environment. Evaluate and apply principles of good UI/UX design, and exhibit a passion for problem-solving. Effectively communicate and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders. Previous experience in an Agile setting is essential, along with proficiency in source control tools like Git. A Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions, including frontend integrations.,
