Job Title: Front Office Staff (Male & Female) Location: Simsan Hotel, [chennai/koyembedu] Department: Front Office / Guest Services Reporting To: Front Office Manager Job Overview: Simsan Hotel is hiring well-presented, customer-focused male and female front office staff to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional impression, handling check-ins, reservations, and guest inquiries. Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests warmly and manage the check-in/check-out process. Handle room bookings and update hotel software systems. Respond to guest questions and provide information on hotel services and local attractions. Work closely with housekeeping and other departments for seamless guest experiences. Process guest payments and maintain billing accuracy. Address and resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently. Keep the front desk area clean and organized. Requirements: Male and Female candidates welcome Minimum education: High school pass (Hotel management diploma preferred) Prior experience in hotels or customer service is an added advantage.
