Job Description – Front Office Executive (Kolkata)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Front Office Executive to join our team at SAY Moments Hotel, Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.
• Maintain guest records and ensure accurate billing and payments.
• Uphold SAY Rooms & Homes’ service standards and brand values.

Requirements:

• Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in front office or guest relations (freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi, and Bengali preferred).
• Proficient in using MS Office and hotel management software.
• Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and customer-oriented mindset.
