About the Role:

We are hiring a Front Office Receptionist to manage our front desk and ensure a professional and friendly experience for all visitors and callers. The ideal candidate should be presentable, courteous, and capable of handling administrative responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors with a positive and professional attitude.

  • Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence.

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room usage.

  • Assist with basic administrative and clerical duties.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass)

  • Good communication skills in English, Telugu.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and telephone systems.

  • Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude.

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
