Job Title: Front Office Associate

Location: Jungle Park Resort, Lakkidi – Wayanad
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures
• Manage reservations, room allocations, and guest requests
• Handle calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for seamless operations
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through exceptional service
• Maintain proper records and reports using front office systems
• Provide guests with information about resort activities, surroundings, and safaris
• Handle complaints efficiently and ensure quick resolutions

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in front office or guest relations in the hospitality sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using front office management systems and basic computer tools
• A calm, professional, and friendly demeanor
• Fluency in English and Malayalam; additional languages are a plus
• Must be open to living and working in a rainforest environment
• Preference will be given to candidates passionate about forest ambience, eco-living, and a peaceful lifestyle in Wayanad
