Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Receptionist at Chokar Dhani Rajasthani Village Resort in Nagpur. The Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting guests, answering phone calls, and handling reservations. Other daily tasks include managing check-ins and check-outs, assisting guests with inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Receptionist Duties, Front Office management, and Phone Etiquette skills
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Proficiency in multiple languages, especially English and Hindi, is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Hospitality Management or related fields are a plus
