Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Handle reception desk operations, including visitor logs, couriers, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and maintain office cleanliness at the reception area.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry.
  • Assist the HR/Admin team with day-to-day office operations.
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a front office/receptionist role.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Pleasant personality with customer service orientation.
