Job Summary:

Receptionist

Role & responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and courtesy.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Assist visitors by providing accurate information and guiding them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare spaces for client meetings.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and reception area.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Offer beverages or other courtesies to waiting guests, where appropriate.
  • Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
