Front Office Receptionist

Note:

• Looking for only female candidates
• Age: 22 to 28 between
• Should be ready for relocation to Hyderabad, Telangana

Key Responsibilities:

• Visitor Management: Greet, welcome, and direct guests; manage visitor logs and issue access badges.
• Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; take messages; handle emails and general inquiries.
• Scheduling: Manage appointments, calendars, and conference room bookings.
• Mail & Deliveries: Receive, sort, distribute mail and packages; prepare outgoing mail.
• Administrative Support: Data entry, filing, photocopying, drafting documents, and assisting other departments.
• Office Upkeep: Maintain a clean, tidy, and presentable reception area and monitor/order office supplies.
• Security: Adhere to security protocols for building entry.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Organization: Strong multitasking and attention to detail.
• Technical: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
• Attitude: Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to handle sensitive info with discretion.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
