Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Front Office Manager to lead the front office team at our resort. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 12 years’ experience in hospitality and a strong background in guest services, team leadership, and operational excellence.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience:
Minimum 12 years in the hospitality sector with strong managerial experience.
Education:
Degree in Hotel Management (BHM) or Degree.

Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Guest-focused approach and ability to handle pressure
