Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Guest Service Associate to join our team at Intercontinental Hotels Group India Private Limited in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in front office operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring prompt and efficient response to guests' needs.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve high levels of customer service excellence.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in front office operations or a related field.
Strong knowledge of front office procedures and protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
