● Attend the phone calls from patients, doctors and others.
● Fix appointments with patients and doctors
● Guide patients inside the clinic. Assist them in going to the right room, give information of tests and allay any fears/doubts that patients might have about any procedures.
● Should be well versed in all major lab tests, what they are done for, and how they are done so that patient queries may be handled.
● Assist the clinic manager with the daily accounts and ensure that the cash collected tallies with the entries in the software
