Role & responsibilities:

Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth arrival, comfortable stay, and pleasant departure experience.
Manage daily front desk operations, including guest check-in, check-out, registration, billing, and payment processing.
Handle incoming calls, emails, walk-in enquiries, and guest requests professionally and promptly.
Provide accurate information regarding room availability, room categories, tariffs, hotel facilities, services, and policies.
Maintain guest records, reservation details, registration forms, and other front office documentation.
Ensure a professional, welcoming, and efficient front desk experience for all guests.
Handle guest feedback/reviews, complaints, and special requests effectively, ensuring timely resolution.
Collect & monitor guest reviews and ratings on OTA platforms and coordinate appropriate responses.

Preferred candidate profile:

Diploma or Bachelors degree in Hotel Management/ Hospitality/Tourism/Aviation.
3-5 years in 3-star/4-star Hotels/Restaurants/Hospitality/Facility industry.
Ready to relocate to jodhpur/Indore locations.
Strong English communication & guest handling experience.
