Job Description

Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Location: Kolkata (Tea Industry)

Qualification / Experience: B.A/B.Com (H) mainly from hospitality & travel back ground & 5-10 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role preferred

Responsibilities & Skills:

v Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner

v Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual

v Manage the flow of correspondence, both incoming and outgoing

v Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

v Assist with basic administrative duties as needed

v Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, G-Suit and Outlook

v Knowledge of Google search

Eligibility:

· Long term approach to work in a firm for at least 5 years

· Average Common sense

· Min. 30 wpm typing speed.

· Candidates must be medically fit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
