Front Office Executive – Sterling Group of Hotels (Delight Hospitality)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Front Office Executive to join our team and be the face of our hotels. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a busy and challenging environment. You will play a key part in creating first impressions, ensuring smooth guest check-ins and check-outs, and providing seamless service to enhance guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently and courteously
• Maintain and update daily reports, night audits, and reservations records
• Serve as the first point of contact for guests, addressing queries and requests promptly
• Ensure smooth coordination with housekeeping and other departments
• Convert guest inquiries into bookings and upsell hotel services where possible
• Maintain high levels of professionalism, grooming, and customer service

Requirements

• Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality or relevant field preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in front office / guest services (hotel industry preferred)
• Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred)
• Knowledge of hotel software / PMS systems (basic level acceptable)
• Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and guest-oriented mindset
