Front Office Executive (Receptionist)

Job Description

We are seeking a candidate for a Front Office Executive Freshers with excellent Communications skills can also apply Roles and Responsibilities Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals Respond to queries in person, via telephone or email Maintain general company record systems to uphold accurate files Compose letters, and emails Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying Develop and maintain a filing system Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders Make travel arrangements Document expenses and hand in reports Undertake occasional receptionist duties Requirements and skills Proven work experience as a Receptionist in Hotels or any Hospitals .
