Front Office Executive (Receptionist)

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Communication Handling: Answer calls, manage emails, and handle courier services.
• Hospitality: Ensure guests are comfortable and provided refreshments.
• Administrative Support: Manage appointments, office supplies, and clerical tasks.
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
• Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
• Handle complaints, and all housekeeping-related concerns and resolve any problems efficiently
• Supervising a housekeeping department

Education & Experience

• Freshers can apply.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in a front office, reception, or customer service role.
