2. Answer the queries of customer

3. ECHS billing information to patients

4. Accurate & Timely registration

5. Checks to Finance with concern department

6. Enter data in software (excel sheet).

7. Maintain a friendly, respectful, and professional environment for all patient contacts.

8. Maintain a cooperative, helpful work environment within the department, as well as, with other departments and employees.

9. Maintain infection control and safety guidelines.

10. Courteously respond to all telephone calls and direct each call appropriately.

11. Follow Clinic policies, procedures, and guidelines.

12. IPD and OPD Feedback Calling.

13. Maintain whole registers (key register, patient query registers, ambulance registers etc.)

14. Make an announcement as per requirement.

15. IPD admission and discharge.(ECHS)

16. Reception area will be keep tied and clean.

17. Coordinate with Transport department.

18. Guide the patient to respected wards.

19. Coordinate with Floor Coordinator.

Admission/ Counseling and discharge plan with seniors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
