Role & responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition.
  • Handle visitor inquiries and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings and events.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and security for office upkeep.
  • Maintain records of office supplies and place orders when necessary.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in any discipline.
  • Proven experience as a Front Office Executive or Receptionist preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly.
