Front Office Executive

A receptionist cum accountant is responsible for performing a combination of administrative, reception, and accounting duties. The following job description outlines the typical duties and responsibilities of a receptionist cum accountant: Reception Duties: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner Answer phone calls and respond to emails Schedule appointments and maintain calendars Order office supplies and maintain inventory Coordinate and arrange meetings and conferences Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean and organized Maintain an up-to-date and accurate database of clients and suppliers Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department Handle and resolve complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner Accounting Duties: Process accounts payable and receivable Prepare and submit invoices to clients Perform general ledger reconciliations Assist with monthly and annual financial reporting Manage petty cash and expense claims Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in any deciplin from a recognized university or related field is preferred Experience in receptionist or administrative roles is desirable Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team Male Vacancy Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Provident Fund Schedule: Rotational shift Ability to commute/relocate: Malappuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred) Front desk - Receptionist: 1 year (Required) total work: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 20/06/2025
