Job Title: Front Office Executive / Customer Care Associate

Department: Front Office / Customer Service
Location: Bangalore (Racecourse Road)
Reporting To: Front Office TL
Shift: Rotational (includes night shift)
Week Off: Rotational
Salary / Budget: Up to 4–5LPA + ESOPs

Position Overview:

The Front Office Executive will be responsible for creating a welcoming and efficient environment for patients and visitors. This role involves managing patient registration, handling inquiries, coordinating with clinical teams, and ensuring smooth front-desk operations. Candidates from a hospitality background are preferred for their strong customer service and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients, attendants, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage patient registration, appointments, and billing coordination through the Hospital Information System (HIS).
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries efficiently.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
  • Maintain and update patient records accurately.
  • Manage cash transactions, billing, and payment receipts where applicable.
  • Support the admission and discharge process with proper documentation.
  • Handle patient feedback and escalate issues when required.
  • Ensure the reception and waiting area are clean and organized.
  • Follow confidentiality, data protection, and patient safety guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferably Hotel Management / Hospitality).
  • 1–3 years of experience in front office, customer service, or hospitality (healthcare experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Presentable, well-groomed, and patient-oriented demeanor.

Working Hours:

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience and qualifications
Includes ESOPs and health insurance

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
