Requirements

Key Qualifications for Success in This Role:

• Greet guests and visitors warmly, directing them as needed.
• Provide face-to-face assistance for inquiries.
• Manage both incoming and outgoing phone calls efficiently.
• Track courier deliveries and maintain an organized spreadsheet for asset replacements and employee departures.
• Support the planning and preparation of meetings and conferences.
• Assist with administrative inquiries from employees and vendors, ensuring issues are escalated promptly.
• Communicate essential information with both internal and external customers.
• Compile and prepare reports regarding stationery and stock supplies.
• Help organize various events.
• Oversee the maintenance of office supply inventory and orders.
• Ensure staff discipline and adherence to timekeeping standards.
• Facilitate data entry, documentation, and printing/scanning as needed.
• Manage the daily cleanliness and general upkeep of the office environment.
• Maintain daily registers and checklists in compliance with ISO standards.
• Demonstrate ability to multitask and prioritize daily responsibilities effectively.
• Support the organization and maintenance of administrative files per ISO requirements.
• Review supplier invoices meticulously.
• Exhibit proficiency in English.
• Possess a strong understanding of MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
• Conduct inductions for administrative protocols and health and safety procedures.
