YS Group, recognized among the Top 50 Schools in India, is inviting applications for a Front Office Executive (FOE) who will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, students, and staff—ensuring smooth front desk operations and a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the front desk by greeting and attending to all visitors and directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
• Handle incoming calls professionally and route them efficiently to concerned staff members.
• Maintain visitor logs and essential front-office records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Oversee the filing system—both digital and physical—for easy access and organization.
• Assist in coordinating appointments, meetings, and administrative support tasks as required.

• Proficient in MS Office, phone handling, and basic data entry
• Prior experience in school or office reception preferred
