Key Responsibilities Manage front-office operations and reception duties Handle student enquiries, admissions support, form filling, and documentation Maintain office records, files, and daily reports Assist in coordinating academic schedules and faculty communication Manage phone calls, emails, and official correspondence Support accounts, data entry, and record maintenance Assist in student onboarding, ID cards, certificates, and fee records Ensure smooth office functioning and support the Academic Coordinator & Management Qualifications & Skills Graduate (Any stream) Strong verbal & written communication skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email) Punctual, professional, and well-presented Ability to handle students, parents, and visitors politely Good organizational and multitasking abilities Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience) Free Food + Accommodation may be provided for deserving candidates Opportunity for career growth within academic administration Work environment inside a premium hotel campus Job Location SPT Clarks Inn Suites Hotel, Pandoh, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Ability to commute/relocate: Pandoh, Himachal Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Hospitality management: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
