Job Summary:

The Parent Relations Executive ( Front Office Executive ) serves as the key link between parents and the school. This role focuses on maintaining positive relationships with parents, addressing their queries, ensuring effective communication, and supporting the school’s reputation through professional, courteous interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Parent Communication & Support
• Act as the first point of contact for parents regarding queries, concerns, and feedback.
• Handle parent calls, emails, and in-person visits in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate between parents and teachers or management to ensure smooth communication.
• Maintain accurate records of parent interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
• Admissions & Orientation
• Support the admissions process by assisting prospective parents with information about the school, curriculum, and facilities.
• Organize and participate in parent orientation programs, school tours, and open houses.
• Maintain updated databases of enquiries, admissions, and parent feedback.

• Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 2–4 years of experience in customer service, administration, or parent relations (preferably in an educational institution)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
