Job Description:
Position: Receptionist cum Administrator (Female Candidates Only)
Industry: Aviation | Pilot Training
Experience: 0 – 2 years (Freshers encouraged to apply)
Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience & communication skills)
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in visitors and students at the front desk
Attend phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally
Counsel prospective students and parents on training programs
Manage admission paperwork, document filing, and student records
Coordinate batches, schedules, and act as a bridge between students and faculty
Support general office operations and provide administrative assistance
Who We're Looking For:
Female candidates only (freshers or with up to 2 years of experience)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, organized, and self-motivated
Comfortable with phone conversations and student interactions
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Passion for the education or aviation sector is a plus!
