Job Description

We are looking for a Front Office & Admin Executive to manage reception and support daily administrative tasks. The role involves coordinating housekeeping staff, handling petty cash, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle front desk activities such as visitor management and phone calls.
  • Coordinate and supervise housekeeping team.
  • Manage petty cash and maintain records.
  • Assist with general administrative and office support tasks.
  • Maintain office supplies, documents, and basic records.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
  • Experience in cash handling is required.
  • Ability to multitask and work responsibly.
