Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Front Office Executive with 2–5 years of experience to manage our front desk and handle various administrative duties. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming calls – answering, screening, and forwarding as necessary.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
  • Handle visitor logbooks and issue visitor passes.
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail, courier packages, and documents.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings for staff as needed.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist with facility management tasks – cleanliness, maintenance, etc.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and other office service vendors.
  • Support HR and Admin teams with data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Manage meeting rooms – scheduling, setup, and cleanliness.
  • Handle basic clerical duties like photocopying, scanning, and printing.
  • Assist in organizing office events and meetings.
  • Maintain employee attendance and visitor logs if required.

Communication & Coordination

  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle basic inquiries and direct them to the concerned department/person.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for admin-related tasks.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar front office or administrative role.
  • Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Presentable appearance with a positive attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
