As a Receptionist, you play a vital role as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring the smooth running of the business. Your responsibilities include: - Meeting and greeting all visitors with proper etiquettes - Answering telephone calls and directing them to the appropriate person - Maintaining the signage TV in the reception area - Ensuring the reception area is tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary stationery - Providing accurate information in-person, via phone, and email - Receiving and dispatching couriers - Coordinating service calls and following up with service providers - Assisting HR with employee events - Following up with vendors for deliveries - Managing the visitors' book - Maintaining an in and out register of couriers and invoices Qualification and Education Requirements: - Any Graduation Experience: - 3-4 years of experience in a similar role as a Receptionist or Front Office Representative Preferred Skills: - Fluency in English - Building positive relationships with internal employees - Professional attitude and presentable appearance - Operational knowledge of MS-Office Behavioral and Professional Competencies: - Customer service skills - Ability to work well with others - Patience and remaining calm in stressful situations - Sensitivity and understanding No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.
