Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office cum CRE Executive, located in Chennai. The role involves handling reception duties, providing excellent customer service, managing front office operations, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the service team. The individual will be responsible for greeting clients, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and managing customer records and inquiries.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and managing Front Office operations
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Prior experience in a similar role or in the automotive industry is a plus
• Basic knowledge of using office software and tools
