Job Description

Role

Be the friendly face and first point of contact for our studio. You’ll handle reception, calls/emails, basic admin, and keep the office running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors; manage phone calls and emails.
  • Keep files and records organized (paper and digital).
  • Maintain attendance/leave lists and contact/vendor details.
  • Look after office supplies and inventory; arrange courier/scans.
  • Help with simple accounts: petty cash, vouchers, expense entries.
  • Support basic scheduling and meeting arrangements.
  • Assist with hiring tasks (posting jobs, scheduling interviews) when needed.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Excellent English (spoken and written); polite, professional communication.
  • Comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel) and regular office equipment.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Prior experience in an architecture office preferred (engineering/consulting also fine).
  • Basic accounting skills are a plus.
