Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly on arrival and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process.
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and room allocations efficiently.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest requirements.
  • Handle guest complaints and issues with professionalism, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, payments, and billing.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
  • Uphold hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Support in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kollam, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
