Job Description

Front Office Assistant (Female Candidates Only):

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure front office records are updated
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with office administrative tasks
  • Handle courier services, mail distribution, and document filing
  • Support HR and admin teams when required
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
  • Ensure excellent customer service at all times

Requirements

  • Female candidates only (role-specific requirement)
  • Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant personality and professional appearance
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
  • Ability to multitask and handle front desk responsibilities efficiently
  • Prior experience in a front office or customer-facing role is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
