Job Description

Reception Duties: Greet visitors, answer phones, and direct calls to the appropriate parties. Administrative Support: Manage office supplies, file documents, and prepare correspondence. Scheduling: Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of office activities, including visitor logs and meeting minutes. Communication: Relay messages, handle incoming and outgoing mail, and manage email correspondence. Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-organized. Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and concerns. Project Planning: Assist with various projects related to front desk operations.
