Job Description
The Front Office & Administrative Executive role is a blend of reception, administrative operations, and executive/secretarial support. As the first point of contact, the role requires managing a professional front desk,managing office coordination, documentation, vendor follow-ups, and facility support. You will assist management with scheduling meetings, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, follow ups, administrative duties and prepare reports, documents, presentations, and minutes as and when required.
This multi-functional role requiring excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, proactive approach, organised, and detail-oriented individual who can handle diverse responsibilities to support management in day-to-day office functioning with professionalism, efficiency, and strict confidentiality.
