Front Of Line Engineer

As a Die Attach Process Development Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and qualifying the die attach process. This includes defining die attach process parameters, selecting collect/ejector pins and die attach materials, establishing epoxy curing profiles, and creating work procedures. Your key responsibilities will include: - Establishing process controls to monitor the health of the die attach process - Ensuring the up-keeping, maintenance, and troubleshooting of die attach, dispensers, oven curing, and other equipment under your area of responsibility - Monitoring die attach process indicators such as yield, process control performance, and OEE - Conducting root cause investigations for quality and process-related issues within your area of responsibility - Leading and coaching technicians who report to you Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's Degree in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent - Preferred 1-2 years of semiconductor experience You will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of the die attach process, ensuring high-quality standards are met consistently.,
