FRONT LINE TECHANICAL STAFF

• Job Summary:
• We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled individual to join our team as Front Line Technical Staff. The role involves providing technical support, conducting product trials, assisting customers with application knowledge, and ensuring proper implementation of lubricant solutions at client sites.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site technical support to clients regarding lubricant usage, application, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct product trials and performance evaluations at customer locations.
• Educate and train customers and sales staff on lubricant products and their technical specifications.
• Monitor product performance and gather feedback for continual improvement.
• Assist in quality checks and ensure proper handling and storage of lubricants.
• Coordinate with the sales team and technical manager for client requirements and product demonstrations.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation.
• Ensure safety and compliance during all technical operations.
• Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical/Automobile/Chemical Engineering or relevant technical field.
• 1–3 years of experience in industrial lubricants or technical support preferred.
• Strong knowledge of lubricants, greases, and their applications in various industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving attitude with a customer-centric approach.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and report preparation.
• Preferred Experience:
• Hands-on experience in maintenance, lubrication services, or industrial servicing.
• Prior exposure to automotive or industrial sectors.
• Salary: As per industry standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
