Documentation & reporting. key skills Required: ✔ strong communication and interpersonal skill. ✔ Good technical knowledge of two wheelers (Hero preferred) ✔ Customer-first attitude and grooming DMS knowledge.(Hero ERP/CRM) ✔Ability to upsell services and accessories effectively. Qualification: ITI / Diploma in mechanical or Automobile engineering. 2-4 years experience in a two-wheeler or automobile workshop.
