Front End Lead

As a Frontend Lead Engineer / Technical Architect, your role involves being responsible for the architecture and design of large-scale web applications with a primary focus on frontend development. Your proficiency in Angular and React/Next.js, as well as a deep understanding of their ecosystems, will play a crucial role in the success of projects. Additionally, your strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 will enable you to create efficient and user-friendly web interfaces. Key Responsibilities: - Lead technical teams and spearhead initiatives to ensure successful project delivery. - Mentor developers to enhance their skills and contribute to the team's growth. - Collaborate closely with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to align on requirements and integrate seamlessly. - Implement frontend development best practices including performance optimization, security measures, and responsive design. - Utilize frontend build tools, testing frameworks, and version control systems such as Webpack, Jest, and Git. - Stay updated with additional frontend frameworks and libraries like React.js and Vue.js for continuous improvement. - Apply your knowledge of backend technologies and API integration to enhance frontend functionalities. - Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to streamline development processes. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong emphasis on architecture and design. - Proficiency in Angular, React/Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. - Familiarity with frontend build tools, testing frameworks, and version control systems. - Experience in leading technical teams, driving initiatives, and mentoring developers. - Knowledge of frontend development best practices including performance optimization, security, and responsive design. - Understanding of additional frontend frameworks and libraries such as React.js, Vue.js. - Experience with backend technologies, API integration, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
