Front End Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Transform Figma or design mockups into responsive, pixel-perfect web experiences using modern front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS).
2. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into reusable components and partner with back-end developers to integrate APIs and services.
3. Contribute to and maintain shared design systems and component libraries, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
4. Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
5. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code while conducting code reviews to uphold best practices.
6. Support rapid prototyping and iterative design processes through quick front-end builds.
7. Identify and address edge cases early in the design and development process, ensuring robust error handling and user-friendly messaging.

Requirements:

1. 1-3 years of experience as a Front-End Developer in a product or design-focused team.
2. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with hands-on experience using frameworks like React.
3. Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
4. Familiarity with design tools (Figma) and experience working within design systems.
5. Experience with version control (Git), debugging, and build tools (Webpack, Chrome DevTools).
6. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and product managers.
7. Passion for clean, maintainable code and attention to visual and functional detail.
8. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

9. Bonus:

   Expertise in utilizing Figma MCP and AI-assisted tools to enhance the development phase and ensure accurate, design-true implementation.

Nice to Have:

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
2. Experience with accessibility (WCAG) and SEO best practices.
3. Understanding of UI/UX design principles and user-centered development.
4. Experience building or maintaining shared design systems in Figma.
5. Interest in cybersecurity, enterprise platforms, or other complex digital ecosystems.
