Front End Developer Team Lead

As a Frontend Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of front-end developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and responsive web applications. Your responsibilities will include guiding technical decisions, collaborating with product managers and designers, and working closely with backend developers to create seamless and engaging user interfaces. Your duties will involve leading and mentoring a team of front-end developers, overseeing the design and implementation of front-end features, collaborating with UX/UI designers, conducting code reviews, managing tasks within the team, and working with backend developers to integrate front-end components. To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. You should have proven experience as a front-end developer with a strong portfolio of web applications. A solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with expertise in modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js, is essential. Experience with front-end build tools, version control systems, and agile development methodologies will be beneficial. Strong leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary for this position. Additionally, you should be detail-oriented and willing to work from our office location in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
