Front End Developer

Role & responsibilities

UI Implementation & Enhancement:

Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, pixel-perfect Flutter code.

Implement smooth animations and transitions to create engaging user experiences.

Optimize UI rendering for performance across various devices.

App Functionality Development:

Build and implement app features and functionalities according to product requirements.

Integrate with backend APIs (Node.js & Express.js) to fetch and manage data.

Utilize state management techniques to ensure efficient data flow and reactivity.

Implement local storage and caching mechanisms as needed.

• Web App Development :

Build and implement web app for various dashboards.

Ability to integrate electronic sensors such as camera, scanners, etc to extract data Integrating various APIs from apps such as Whatsapp, Telegram, etc.

Code Quality & Maintainability:

Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable Dart code.

Adhere to coding standards and best practices.

Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.

• Test Planning & Execution:

Collaborate with the team to create comprehensive test plans and test cases.

Perform manual testing on various devices and operating systems.

Set up and execute automated tests using Flutter testing frameworks.

• Bug Identification & Reporting:

Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using bug tracking tools.

Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve bugs effectively.

Prioritize and verify bug fixes.

• User Experience Focus:

Test for usability, ensuring the app is intuitive and easy to navigate.

Evaluate the overall user experience and provide feedback for improvements.

Performance & Stability Testing:

Conduct performance testing to identify and address bottlenecks.

Test app stability under various conditions and load scenarios.

Deployment:

While the primary focus is on development and testing, having basic knowledge of app deployment processes (especially on Android and iOS) will be helpful for smoother releases.

Collaboration:

The Flutter Developer will need to communicate effectively with the UI/UX Designer, Backend Developer, and potentially the Product Manager to understand requirements and ensure seamless integration.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven Experience:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in the domain of Full Stack/Specific Stacks or a related field.

2+ years of experience.

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart.

Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools.

Experience building and deploying mobile apps.

Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).

Understanding of mobile app development and testing best practices.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Passion for delivering high-quality products and user experiences

Additional required Skills:

Ability to work in an agile development environment with iterative design & development cycles.

2+ LoRs or references from previous employers or university professors.
