Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, Express, and LoopBack.
Architect microservices and RESTful APIs with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.
Integrate with databases including MongoDB (via Mongoose) and MSSQL.
Implement authentication and authorization using MSAL-Node and Azure AD.
Validate request payloads and enforce data integrity using Joi.
Write unit and integration tests using Jest to ensure code quality and reliability.
Optimize backend performance and manage caching strategies using Redis.
Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues and performance bottlenecks.
Contribute to continuous improvement of backend development practices and CI/CD pipelines.
