As a Staff Software Engineer Front End at Avensys, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on the web. You will lead by example in writing quality code that meets requirements and adheres to architectural and front-end coding standards. Additionally, you will contribute to optimizing applications using best practices for performance and propose upgrades to align with modern security and development practices. Your role will involve building shared component libraries, creating modular and reusable components, and architecting reliable, performant, and scalable solutions. You will also identify areas for improvement, drive web best practices, mentor junior team members, and share knowledge with the broader team. Key Responsibilities: - Drive collaboration with Product, Product Design, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality web products. - Lead by example in writing quality code and adhering to architectural and front-end coding standards. - Optimize applications for performance and propose upgrades for modern security and development practices. - Contribute to shared component libraries and build modular, reusable components. - Architect reliable, performant, and scalable web solutions. - Identify areas for improvement, drive web best practices, mentor junior team members, and share knowledge with the team. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8 years of experience in front-end development with client-side frameworks (React preferred). - Strong core front-end skills in JavaScript and the TypeScript ecosystem. - Experience with Bigdata and Java or C# is a plus. - Strong architecture skills and decision-making ability. - Experience working with component libraries. - Passion for client-side performance optimization. - Ability to drive changes and impact across teams.
