About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Frontend Developer (ReactJS) with 3+ years of experience to join our dynamic product engineering team. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in ReactJS, TypeScript, and modern front-end development practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, performant, and visually engaging web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain high-quality web applications using ReactJS, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product owners to deliver user-focused features.
• Design and implement reusable, modular, and scalable front-end components.
• Integrate and manage REST APIs, Microsoft Graph APIs, and related data services.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and compliance with WCAG accessibility standards.
• Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and follow best coding practices.
• Maintain Git repositories, version control workflows, and deployment documentation.
• Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies, especially within the React and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Technical Skills & Expertise

• Strong proficiency in ReactJS, TypeScript, ES6+ JavaScript concepts.
• Deep understanding of React component lifecycle, hooks, context API, and state management patterns.
• Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Tailwind CSS.
• Familiarity with React Hook Form, Yup, PnPjs for form validation and API integrations.
• Strong experience integrating REST APIs and using Microsoft Graph API.
• Knowledge of modern build tools such as Webpack, Vite, Babel, NPM/Yarn.
• Experience with Git, Git branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of responsive design, web accessibility, and cross-browser behavior.
• Exposure to testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or related ecosystems.
• Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and sprint-based development practices.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
