Front-End Developer

As a Frontend Developer (ReactJS) at Aufait Technologies, you will be joining a dynamic product engineering team with a focus on building high-quality web applications. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver user-focused features and ensuring the scalability, performance, and visual engagement of web applications. If you enjoy writing clean, maintainable code and crafting intuitive interfaces, this role is perfect for you. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop, enhance, and maintain high-quality web applications using ReactJS, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks. - Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product owners to deliver user-focused features. - Design and implement reusable, modular, and scalable front-end components. - Integrate and manage REST APIs, Microsoft Graph APIs, and related data services. - Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and compliance with WCAG accessibility standards. - Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability. - Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and follow best coding practices. - Maintain Git repositories, version control workflows, and deployment documentation. - Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies, especially within the React and Microsoft 365 ecosystem. **Technical Skills & Expertise:** - Strong proficiency in ReactJS, TypeScript, ES6+ JavaScript concepts. - Deep understanding of React component lifecycle, hooks, context API, and state management patterns. - Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Tailwind CSS. - Familiarity with React Hook Form, Yup, PnPjs for form validation and API integrations. - Strong experience integrating REST APIs and using Microsoft Graph API. - Knowledge of modern build tools such as Webpack, Vite, Babel, NPM/Yarn. - Experience with Git, Git branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines. - Good understanding of responsive design, web accessibility, and cross-browser behavior. - Exposure to testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or similar tools. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience working with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or related ecosystems. - Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and sprint-based development practices. - Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
