We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join SmartDocs Business Solutions as a Frontend Developer. The ideal candidate will work with the product development team and must be a subject matter expert to deliver best practices. The candidate should possess excellent business skills, outstanding communication, professionalism, leadership qualities, and a minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Frontend Developer. Desirable Skills & Expertise: - 2-4 years of experience as a Frontend Programmer, preferably from a product-based entity. Experience in managing a team is an added advantage. - Masters or bachelor's degree in Engineering (CSE/IT/MCA/Software) is preferred. - Work experience in Angular (v12+), TypeScript, REST API integration, and UI/UX fundamentals is mandatory. - Strong skills in GIT & MongoDB are optional. - Product development experience in a Linux environment is an added advantage. - Possesses intellectual humility, is smart, driven, creative, and willing to learn from mistakes while uplifting others. - Excellent communication and analytical skills with integrated professionalism at all levels. Key Responsibilities: The role involves designing stunning user interfaces, coding, and deploying high-performance web applications. Deep expertise and hands-on experience as a Frontend developer in Angular (v12+). Development of new efficient features and optimization of existing ones. Team management, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, effective organizational skills, and solid technical expertise. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience with SDLC from requirement analysis through testing and deployment. Develop and maintain strong product knowledge. Guide clients through various project stages and transition to the support organization. Review existing business processes and participate in the Process Improvement Program.,
